A smart and well-equipped apartment located by the water's edge on the Firth of Forth, with superb views across the firth to the Kingdom of Fife and the Forth Bridge, one of Edinburgh's best known landmarks.
Easy access to the centre of Edinburgh yet with peace and quiet at night - surely the best of both worlds!

The bus into Edinburgh stops a very short walk from the apartment and buses run every 10 minutes until late at night.

Benefiting from secure reserved parking, yet only a 10-minute drive from the centre of Edinburgh, and offering easy access to the Forth Bridge, this apartment could not be more conveniently placed for a short break or longer.

The apartment is on the first floor and serviced by an elevator so those who find stairs difficult can access the property. It is an exceptionally well-appointed apartment with many comforts not normally found in self-catering flats.

Edinburgh, and its surrounding countryside, is ideal for an all-round holiday where the buzz of Scotland's capital city sits in perfect contrast to the peaceful tranquillity of the surrounding Lothians region.

Edinburgh has one of the most beautiful cityscapes in the world, with Scotland's most famous castle dominating the skyline. There is plenty to see and do, and the perfect balance between all things traditional and contemporary makes it an ideal city break destination.

Discover world-class museums and galleries, take a tour on an open-top bus, or even visit the city's own zoo. From the world-famous Festivals to top-class restaurants and bars, not to mention fabulous shopping, you'll be spoilt for choice.

The UNESCO World Heritage Site at the heart of the city combines the medieval Old Town, the Georgian New Town and award-winning modern architecture. You’ll see views that make for perfect picture postcards, mysterious winding streets, elegant terraces and an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants.

The Lothians region consists of East Lothian, Midlothian and West Lothian and here you can discover tales of Scotland’s past. Stately homes, dramatic castles and medieval chapels all provide a sense of Scotland’s impressive history.

The area has many historic towns and scenic villages, which are great for exploring. From award-winning beaches, championship golf courses, and some of Scotland’s most impressive visitor attractions, the Lothians offer plenty of things to see and do.

Edinburgh airport is less than a half-hour drive away and car hire is available at the airport.

Located just off The Shore at Leith, a wonderful place to sit outside and watch the world go by, this luxury apartment (with lift and secure entry system) has interesting views over the port. Leith has an excellent selection of restaurants and bars close by, including Malmaison, Martin Wishart (One Michelin Star) and the Plumed Horse. The Malt Whisky Society is also situated here. The Shore area is also home to the Royal Yacht Britannia and the Ocean Terminal Mall, which has a wonderful array of shops and a multi-screen cinema.

Guests are welcome to use the private car park at the rear of the building. Edinburgh city centre is a 45-minute walk, but there are frequent 24-hour bus services nearby that take about 10 minutes to the centre. There are also excellent road links for those wishing to explore Fife or East Lothian.

SHORT BREAKS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS PROPERTY.
